Regional Director of Operations

Sovereign Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical development and operational oversight of facilities in Missouri, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation, training, and support for assigned territory
  • Analyze systems and processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Work with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes, and conduct follow-ups to establish that recommendations are effectively implemented and monitored
  • Promote compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data
  • Recruit and manage staff, providing direction and inspiring leadership, role modeling high performance and achieving company and regional business metrics
  • Oversee maintenance of billable set productivity margin, based on regional targets, and drive region's revenue to meet monthly, quarterly targets, and yearly targets
  • Coordinate region's caseloads/referrals, training, and productivity management
  • Oversee implementation of and adherence to company's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • Current license in the state of practice
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to complete the following activities safely, and at times, for prolonged periods: standing, pushing, lifting, stooping, reaching, balancing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes, and PDPM

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $103,000.00 per year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be able to relocate to Missouri before starting work.
