**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our team at Bottom Line Equipment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our service centers, ensuring that our heavy equipment and specialty attachments are properly maintained to provide exceptional quality to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead a team of Service Managers to recruit, develop, and train personnel at multiple locations

• Manage Service Managers at each service center location to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

• Establish quality processes and standards with equipment manufacturers

• Coordinate and implement effective training for Service employees at all sites

• Work with other departments and Service employees to create and implement work efficiencies

• Oversee the management of general facility maintenance at all sites, including service bays, wash racks, and equipment yards

• Monitor fleet to ensure equipment and site operations are compliant with local and state rules and regulations

• Utilize industry best practices to develop and implement operational procedures and standards

• Responsible for monthly auditing of fuel purchase system for all equipment

• Participate in continuing education and other programs to maintain industry knowledge and ensure best practices

• Maintain electronic databases of equipment registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management

• Maintain an excellent safety culture at all sites by supporting all safety initiatives

• Provide direction to Service Managers to manage budget cycle requirements

• Plan and prepare annual budget, expenditures, and analysis of all financial objectives

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**

• College or Associate degree preferred

• 5-10 years of experience in heavy equipment management role or similar industry preferred

• High level of dedication to a culture of collaboration and system optimization

• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
