HR Administrative Coordinator

The HR Administrative Coordinator is essential in facilitating the functions of LUK's Human Resources Division. This role involves collaborating closely with the Human Resources Director to manage administrative tasks and contribute to the formulation of HR policies within the organization.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should possess an Associate's Degree in business, information technology, or a similar discipline. Alternatively, candidates with two to three years of administrative experience, particularly in a non-profit environment, will be considered. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems is a plus. Strong organizational, technological, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Bilingual and bicultural individuals are highly encouraged to apply.
