Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support the operation of our Human Resources Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating administrative functions and assisting in the development of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Human Resources in daily HR functions and activities
  • Maintain efficient document organization systems and utilize Human Resources Information Systems
  • Design and adjust forms and reports as needed
  • Assist with recruitment, selection, and office tasks
  • Collaborate with agency staff on projects and adhere to LUK's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in business, computers, or a related field
  • Experience with HR Information Systems preferred
  • Proficient in computer, phone, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates are welcome to apply
