Nexus HR Services is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Primary Care Services: Deliver high-quality primary care services to individuals and families, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists to provide patient-centered care.
- Prescribe Medications: Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
- Refer Patients: Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as necessary.
- Lead Patient Care Team: Direct and coordinate the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.
- Medical Degree: Possess a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine.
- Licensure: Hold current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and be ACLS or CPR/AED certified.
- Prescriptive Authority: Possess current DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive authority.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
