Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our team at Pro-Tech Maintenance and Repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Review invoices for accuracy and submit them through various online platforms.
  • Customer Communication: Inform customers of past due invoices and provide quotes for approval.
  • Organizational Support: Implement and improve organized filing systems and perform other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Working Hours: 4-5 hours, 2 days a week.
