Compensation:$27.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential administrative assistance, including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and other clerical tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact and intermediary between clients, branch management, and the assigned loan originator, facilitating meetings to address follow-up items.
- Collect and organize necessary loan documentation for verification and underwriting, including loan files, packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application materials.
- Address all customer and internal inquiries regarding transactions to ensure a seamless process and exceptional service delivery.
- Review all loan package documents for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the loan officer or loan originator.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is preferred.
- Understanding of basic loan financing options, including conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, and commercial loans.
- While not mandatory, having an NMLS license or relevant training is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in finance or banking is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional office setting is required, ideally in an administrative or mortgage assistance role.
