Job Title: Call Center Collections Representative

The Collections Representative position at RAS LAVRAR offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a prestigious legal group's Collections Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling consumer interactions, negotiating repayment plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, educating them on their options for account resolution
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, third parties, attorneys, and representatives to ensure timely handling of all accounts through the collections process
  • Maintain detailed document records of all customer communications, including payment plans and amounts paid via telephone
  • Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and client needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of accounts and their respective status within the collections pipeline
Requirements:

  • Proficient data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Prior call center and/or collector experience
