About the Opportunity

The Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement consistent and effective treatment plans, working closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Leader to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, centers, and community locations, and will be responsible for communicating with families and clinical teams to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sessions with clients in various settings, including homes, centers, and community locations
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to clinical direction
  • Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure seamless care
  • Travel to various locations to deliver services
  • Render completed sessions daily and write thorough notes
  • Participate in regular meetings and communicate with clinical leaders via email and phone
  • Fulfill timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID)
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in computer/word processing software
