POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver responsive answering services for calls directed to specialty practices within the Medical Office Building. This role encompasses scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience by proactively meeting needs and delivering efficient service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address inquiries and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Effectively utilize healthcare systems and applications
- Manage call volumes with efficiency
- Foster positive interactions with patients and colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service roles
- Preferred experience in healthcare scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility, teamwork, and quick learning aptitude are essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and adapt to variable schedules
