We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Center Specialist to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at assigned locations, and responding to critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Monitor security and alarm systems, CCTV monitoring, and dispatch officers as needed
  • Write detailed reports and enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Make sound decisions in critical situations

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Security Operations Center, or a bachelor's degree
  • Excellent writing and computer skills
  • Experience with Access Control/Video Imaging software a plus
