About the Opportunity

The Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement consistent and effective treatment plans, working closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Leader to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, centers, and community locations, and be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated otherwise
  • Implement individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to clinical direction
  • Travel to various locations to deliver services, including Center, Home, and community settings
  • Render completed sessions daily and write thorough notes
  • Communicate schedule changes and cancellations to the clinical team promptly
  • Participate in regular meetings and communicate effectively with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of your work.
