We are seeking a talented Head of Retention and Growth to join our team and drive business growth through effective customer retention strategies. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute retention programs to increase repeat visits and purchases
  • Establish and track key metrics to measure business performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive retention roadmap and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive results and integrate retention efforts across the customer journey
