About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Retention Strategy to lead our retention efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a consumer-facing organization. Your expertise in customer retention and expansion strategies, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, will enable you to make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies to increase repeat visits and purchases
  • Own business performance and establish key metrics to track success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive retention roadmap and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive results and integrate retention efforts across the customer journey
  • Develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue
