Job Summary
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join its Inpatient Acute Float Pool team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing culturally sensitive care to patients with complex needs.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering patient care, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices. As a member of the float pool, you will be deployed on a shift-by-shift basis to provide care to patients in ICU, Med/Surg, Radiology, and the IV team. Your clinical expertise and initiative will enable you to effectively manage patients' care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require:
  • 2 years of current Med/Surg RN experience (preferably)
  • Telemetry experience (preferably)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)
  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Benefits and Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and professional development opportunities to support your career growth. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible for a retention bonus of $10,000 after committing to a minimum of two years of employment. Part-time employees may receive a prorated retention bonus.
