We are seeking an experienced Administrative Paralegal Assistant to join our advisory team in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Head of Advisory and assist with corporate, tax, banking, and business registration matters for our 300+ clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a paralegal or administrative position. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google spreadsheets is essential. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated corporate records, registering US companies with the Secretary of State, filing annual reports, and preparing certificates of amendment and dissolution. You will also assist with bank account maintenance, credit/debit card requests, and KYC compliance requests.

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year (dependent on experience)
