About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales Division. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and selling new accounts to commercial and residential construction, roofing, remodeling, and restoration industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and execute proven prospecting and sales processes to generate and close new sales opportunities
  • Map prospective accounts for organizational structure, people, and existing suppliers
  • Establish relationships with senior executives in target accounts to understand business needs
  • Run new business appointments to keep sales pipeline full
  • Work with Account Management to onboard new clients
  • Leverage CRM software to manage target prospect list in geographic and vertical territories
  • Follow up to book meetings with leads that are generated by marketing team
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player
  • Highly organized, displays time management skills
  • Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
  • Ability to control emotion during potentially high-stress situations
  • Demonstrates the ability to listen effectively
  • Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
  • Computer skills necessary
  • 3-5 years prior sales/relevant experience required
