Commercial Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team at Outreach. In this role, you will oversee the connections with existing clients, focusing on contract renewals, pinpointing growth opportunities, and steering the sales process for these expansions. You will create, execute, and supervise success strategies while leading high-level business reviews for your clients. Core responsibilities encompass managing renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities, fostering strong partnerships, and successfully closing renewal and expansion deals.

About the Team:

Our Commercial Client Relationship Management team is committed to overseeing the renewal, expansion, and cross-sell initiatives for our current clients. We are experts in our offerings and advocates for Outreach, collaborating closely to support our clients, share success narratives, and celebrate achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee renewals, expansions, and cross-sell initiatives for existing clients
  • Foster strong partnerships with clients to ensure value realization
  • Develop and execute account strategy plans
  • Project renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to showcase value realization and product adoption
  • Strong financial insight and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to success
Compensation:

The compensation package for this position includes a combination of base salary and variable components, ranging from $140,000 to $165,000. Additional incentives such as restricted stock units and benefits may be available based on candidate qualifications.
