Role Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager II, you will engage in an inbound sales capacity, articulating Forward Financing's unique value proposition to our established ISO partners, with the aim of enhancing profitable revenue streams for our organization. These ISO partners play a crucial role in connecting us with small businesses in need of working capital. You will gain comprehensive insights into the small business financing landscape and understand what differentiates Forward Financing: our esteemed reputation, transparency, speed, and, most importantly, our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively oversee a portfolio of approximately 10 onboarded ISO partners, focusing on maximizing profitability.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each ISO partner, including their business models, objectives, and motivators.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, threats, and opportunities within the ISO partner landscape.
  • Communicate ISO performance insights effectively, fostering partner engagement and identifying avenues for growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with ISO representatives and decision-makers to organically enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with ISO partners to illustrate the value Forward Financing offers to their small business clientele, emphasizing our speed and flexible capital access.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ISO partners, taking ownership of issue resolution and building trust while maintaining urgency in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to drive profitable transaction volumes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to confidently present ideas, solutions, and reports to ISO representatives and executives.
Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field (relationship management, client management, sales).
