Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through direct engagement with clients, strategic territory planning, and effective selling of our comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze market dynamics and leverage industry insights to strategically position Randstad USA for growth in key segments.
2. Accurately represent Randstad USA as a leading talent partner by fostering strong relationships.
3. Utilize your industry knowledge and experience to envision technological transformations that enhance customer experience and engagement.
4. Act as a trusted business consultant within your industry segment.
5. Strengthen and amplify existing client relationships by serving as their primary contact.
6. Capitalize on Randstad USA's strengths to lead digital transformation initiatives in areas such as cloud services, customer experience, data analytics, and product engineering.
7. Collaborate closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful project delivery through an integrated approach.
8. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with internal and external stakeholders, to maximize account growth.
9. Drive the execution of new agreements to exceed revenue and margin expectations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technical products.
- Proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
- Ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships based on integrity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A history of exceeding performance targets.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools.
