About the Role

As a Global Relationship Manager – Vice President at HSBC, you will serve as the primary advisor for acquiring, retaining, and growing large and middle market corporate banking client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and securing new, long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer engagement and service excellence throughout all aspects of the client experience.
  • Leading and motivating junior colleagues to deliver flawless relationship management services.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending and risk assessment.
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders through complex decision-making processes.
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
