Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics Leader, you will spearhead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client engagements. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving team development and crafting analytics solutions that can be marketed to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery Excellence:
  • Guide cross-functional teams in the implementation of client solutions with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Manage projects in various Commercial Analytics domains, including Segmentation, Targeting, Market Mix Modeling, and Digital Analytics.
  • Innovate analytical solutions to tackle specific business challenges and enhance commercial strategies throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client interactions, translating business objectives into actionable analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to uncover opportunities for value creation through data-driven insights.
  1. Team Leadership and Project Oversight:
  • Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing mentorship to foster high performance and professional growth.
  • Oversee analytical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to effectively address complex client challenges.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Pharma Commercial Analytics practice.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the value proposition for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of consulting experience in Commercial Analytics within the Pharma or Life Sciences sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS) are preferred.
  • Extensive experience delivering consulting projects to pharmaceutical clients in the US market.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data sets is a significant advantage.
