Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at CoStar Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lender Product Expertise
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of CoStar Risk Analytics' lender products and credit risk models to clients.
    • Communicate the value of our products and services to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on client needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College is required.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of relevant commercial real estate, banking, insurance, investment management, accounting, or related experience.
    • Direct client-facing and interaction experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
    • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and financial modeling.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Master's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or accounting preferred.
  • Experience
    • Preferred to have experience in CRE lending.
