Job Overview
Complete Network is a recognized leader in outsourced IT services, seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role will play a key part in generating net new business opportunities and uncovering cross-selling chances. Responsibilities:
  • Raise awareness and generate interest for the Complete Network services portfolio through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Business Development Executives.
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
  • Manage activity, accounts, and campaigns via HubSpot.
  • Learn the service portfolio and effective messaging to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Qualifications:
  • Located within commutable distance of our Charlotte, NC office.
  • Previous sales experience and a desire to develop a sales career path.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to grow and develop capabilities, with no fear of challenges.

Compensation: $80,000 OTE, with a base salary and uncapped meeting bonuses.
