Business Development Associate

Complete Network is a recognized leader in outsourced IT services, seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role will play a key part in generating net new business opportunities and uncovering cross-selling chances. Ideal candidates have a career growth mindset, great work ethic, and high resilience.
Responsibilities:
- Raise awareness and generate interest for the Complete Network services portfolio through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Business Development Executives.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
- Manage activity, accounts, and campaigns via HubSpot.
- Learn the service portfolio and effective messaging to the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Qualifications:
- Located within commutable distance of our Charlotte, NC office.
- Previous sales experience and a desire to develop a sales career path.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to grow and develop capabilities, with no fear of challenges.
Compensation: $80,000 OTE, with a base salary and uncapped meeting bonuses.
