Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level professional to train as the first point of contact for consumers. This role focuses on meeting with prospective new accounts to educate and assist in securing business, driving revenue on behalf of our clients.

Important Responsibilities:
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with clients through follow-up meetings and problem-solving.
  • Achieve sales targets by executing sales systems and representing our brand partners with integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the market and industry trends to identify consumer demographics and provide great customer service.
  • Deliver regular feedback to management about the performance of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. AIM offers a competitive compensation package based on performance.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or some college preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing, customer service roles.
  • Strong student mentality and proven ability to teach and train others.
  • Comfortability in a fast-paced, performance-based position.
