Job Overview:
The Senior Guest Relations Leader plays a pivotal role in enhancing visitor satisfaction at World of Coca-Cola. This full-time position requires flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays, with shifts ranging from early morning to late evening.

Position Summary:
The Senior Guest Relations Leader is tasked with overseeing operations, ensuring that guests receive an outstanding experience while adhering to the highest health and safety standards. This role involves leading a team of Guest Relations Ambassadors in various departments, ensuring smooth operations in both front and back of house settings. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members and partners, utilizing exceptional customer service and leadership skills to create memorable experiences for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational functions within designated areas, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and attraction guidelines.
  • Exemplify outstanding guest service while engaging in activities such as ticket sales, access control, and assisting guests with inquiries.
  • Guide and support team members in resolving guest issues and enhancing service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting The Coca-Cola Company’s core values and fostering positive guest relationships.
  • Monitor safety conditions and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Demonstrate a welcoming attitude and approachability in all interactions with guests and team members.
  • Complete all necessary training related to safety, compliance, and guest services.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately in a dynamic environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Leadership Expectations:
The Senior Guest Relations Leader is responsible for their performance and actively supports the core principles of Retail & Attractions, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee commitment, and profitability.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (6-8 hours).
  • Capability to navigate multiple levels of the venue.
  • Exposure to varying outdoor temperatures.
  • Ability to assess and respond to operational needs effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects as necessary.
  • Comfortable working in crowded and dynamic environments.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Proven adaptability and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
