We are in search of a proactive and motivated Senior Audit Leader with substantial experience in Public Accounting to join our team. This position is pivotal in enhancing our audit practice and fostering client relationships.

As a Senior Audit Leader, you will demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. You will oversee client audit engagements from inception to completion, covering all aspects of the audit process, including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset audits. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing your leadership capabilities by mentoring and training junior audit staff and interns.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned client engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing, and completing audit tasks.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and related documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis on accounting, auditing, and relevant industry developments.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to engagement staff and interns.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage in networking activities and maintain connections with industry peers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
Who You Are:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree in Accounting is preferred.
  • You possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a public accounting environment.
  • You are either a licensed CPA or CPA eligible.
  • You excel at managing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality work.
  • You have outstanding analytical, research, and audit project management skills.
  • You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team.
  • You are committed to continuous professional education and skill enhancement.
