Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate individuals to become part of our dynamic team at The Coca-Cola Store.

The Senior Retail Sales Leader will warmly welcome and assist customers while managing the presentation and movement of merchandise to the sales area.

In addition to promoting Coca-Cola merchandise, candidates should be adept at handling transactions, and as an associate, you will enjoy exclusive discounts on our products.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals who are eager to provide exceptional service.


Position Overview:

The Senior Retail Sales Leader will oversee daily store operations, including addressing customer inquiries, assisting team members with point-of-sale transactions, adhering to operational checklists, and maintaining store standards throughout the shift.

This role requires collaboration with management for any decisions needing approval.

The Senior Leader is expected to exemplify outstanding customer service and foster a positive atmosphere among the team.


Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 40 hours/week

Availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays is essential, with flexible shifts ranging from early morning to late evening.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a role model for team members.
  • Assist management with communication and customer service inquiries.
  • Support cash handling processes.
  • Facilitate opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed.
  • Help manage team breaks and coverage according to business needs.
  • Assist with transactions, including refunds and returns, as necessary.
  • Guide team members to ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation during shifts.
  • Address customer recovery situations promptly, using sound judgment to resolve issues.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment
Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
Additional Requirements: Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

Skills:
Compensation: $35,332 - $40,380

Base pay may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is available, depending on the position.
