Primary Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently process lease applications
- Provide administrative assistance to the Community Director and team members
- Professionally address resident inquiries and concerns
- Foster positive relationships with potential residents
- Conduct property tours and manage leasing responsibilities
- Perform inspections of apartments during resident transitions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Property Management
- Experience with OneSite is preferred
- Exceptional skills in customer service and leasing
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license or dependable transportation
