JOB DESCRIPTION
This position encompasses diverse responsibilities aimed at bolstering sales operations and managing deal processes within a fast-paced business landscape. You will act as a deal coordinator and analyst, collaborating closely with various teams including legal, sales, customer success, professional services, and information security.

Your responsibilities will integrate sales operations, deal management, project coordination, and administrative support to facilitate the seamless progression of deals from initial quoting and order generation to final contract execution. Furthermore, you will uphold operational efficiency and deliver analytical insights throughout the process.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator among cross-functional teams to ensure effective deal progression and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to comprehend customer needs and align proposed deals with business objectives and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with legal operations and contracting teams to oversee contract review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work alongside information security teams to address any data privacy or security concerns raised during the deal negotiation process.
  • Partner with professional services teams to define project requirements, monitor statements of work status, and ensure accurate pricing for SaaS subscriptions and integrations.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all deal-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain documentation of deal status, potential risks, and critical milestones, providing regular communication with all stakeholders and updating as necessary.
  • Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities, including quoting and generating order forms.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of legal and contract management.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts, pricing proposals, and project scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness, minimizing errors and mitigating risks.
  • Comfortable collaborating and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal deal support for sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales, or Finance.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact on deal progression and alignment with business objectives, focusing on high-priority tasks while delegating or scheduling less critical tasks accordingly.
  • Effective communication skills.
