The Spanish-English Administrative Coordinator will facilitate office functions by delivering comprehensive administrative support in both Spanish and English. This position encompasses managing communications, organizing meetings, and executing various office tasks to promote efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Duties: Offer administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Communication Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone interactions, in both languages.
- Document Preparation: Create and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence in English and Spanish.
- Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and perform general office responsibilities.
- Client Interaction: Address customer inquiries and provide assistance in both languages.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking as required.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update information in various systems and databases.
- Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative support capacity.
- Language Proficiency: Required fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management software.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
Compensation: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour

Our benefits provide employees the flexibility to select coverage that meets their individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave mandated by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
