Position Overview
As a Program Manager/Contracting Officer Representative, you will oversee assigned contracts and ensure the successful execution of the G6/Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) contract portfolios. Your role will involve:
  • Acting as the senior technical representative at significant conferences, forums, and meetings.
  • Leading the technical development of Business Case Analyses (BCA) for Requiring Activities and the Program Office.
Conditions of Employment
Appointment may require a suitability or fitness determination following a background investigation. A two-year trial/probationary period may be necessary.
In accordance with the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, successful completion of a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use is mandatory prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI). All employees may be subject to extended temporary duty assignments or worldwide deployments during crisis situations as determined by management. Temporary Duty (TDY) travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Experience Requirements:
To qualify, you must possess at least one year of experience that has prepared you for this role. Specialized experience includes maintaining budget functions for contract portfolios and managing contractual acquisition programs and activities. This experience is typically associated with work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-13).

This position is part of the Digital Technology Career Field (34CP). Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest.
