Position Overview

The incumbent will oversee and assign tasks to a team of skilled acquisition professionals. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Personnel Management: Responsible for overseeing position management, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating employee training and development.
  • Statistical Analysis: Engages in professional work related to mathematical modeling and scientific methods to analyze management challenges.
  • Budget Development: Develops, presents, and defends budgetary proposals and resource allocations, while establishing timelines and monitoring program status.
  • Program Documentation: Coordinates and presents data for significant program reviews at the Headquarters level.

Conditions of Employment
Applicants may be subject to a suitability determination based on a background investigation. Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required. This position is classified as a Critical Acquisition Position, necessitating a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service for a minimum of three years.

Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must possess specialized experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. This includes:

  • Analyzing financial management documents to effectively manage resources.
  • Coordinating fiscal oversight related to assigned programs.
  • Providing assistance in the execution of financial resources.
  • Developing systems to monitor workforce acquisition.
