Opportunity for IT Program Management

We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of IT Program Manager within the Department of the Army. This position entails a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the effective integration of IT services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the development of policies and compliance measures related to IT services.
  • Team Leadership: Direct a diverse team responsible for Technology Services, IT Security, Systems Support, and compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Guidance and Reporting: Provide expert advice on compliance matters and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Supervision: Manage a team dedicated to the administration of IT systems and applications.
  • Briefings and Assessments: Prepare and present assessments regarding annual objectives and priorities to senior leaders.
  • Cybersecurity Management: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies for IT systems owned by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing IT operations and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong background in project planning and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
  • This position is subject to drug testing.
  • Emergency Essential designation is required.

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship is necessary.
