About the Role
This position serves as the main administrative assistant for Cascade Solutions, providing support to the organization's headquarters. The primary responsibility is to perform administrative tasks, such as document preparation, to support the organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of recurring and non-recurring documents, reports, and other materials using information from staff, files, and other sources.
- Review and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, and directives. Screen incoming mail and determine appropriate action, such as bringing it to the supervisor's attention or referring it to other staff.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and determine the purpose of their visit. Use knowledge of the organization to take appropriate action.
- Follow up on commitments made at meetings and conferences by staff members, maintain the supervisor's calendar, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the office/organization. Develop, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files to ensure efficient operation.
