We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Federal Solutions segment, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market in the Department of State and Federal Civilian sector, focusing on security solutions that safeguard assets and mitigate threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a multi-billion-dollar quality pipeline to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Plan and manage allocated budget for captures to ensure successful business development outcomes.
  • Stay updated on business trends and direct marketing campaigns to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and nurture partnerships to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Lead proposal teams and negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure new business wins.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering or related field with 15+ years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Proven track record in new business development, with a strong understanding of market development, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience selling technical services to Department of State and federal organizations, with a strong network of DOS and Federal customers.
  • Secret or Public Trust clearance required to work with sensitive government contracts.

Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of business development, sales, and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Benefits:

Parsons Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 - $310,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, ESOP, and more.
