About the Role

Arietis Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue cycle improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the business relationship with clients, maximizing relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate start-up activities for client facilities, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation of revenue cycle processes.
  • Monitor and analyze client financials, identifying trends and areas for improvement in reimbursement, cash flow, and billing effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, collaborating with clients to drive results.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide timely feedback and resolution of issues.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or health administration required.
  • 8-10 years' experience in practice management, with a focus on revenue cycle and client services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and reports.
