Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall sales activities for East Sales
- Recruit, motivate, and maintain an effective sales force
- Direct sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Forecast, quota assignment, and account and channel management
- Win major accounts in the Eastern US
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace
- Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision, and priorities in a B2B high-tech environment for complex software products
- Experience in security and network/internet-protocol related applications in an enterprise business environment required
- Proven contacts in major East Coast accounts
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
