Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct overall sales activities for East Sales
  • Recruit, motivate, and maintain an effective sales force
  • Direct sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Forecast, quota assignment, and account and channel management
  • Win major accounts in the Eastern US

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace
  • Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision, and priorities in a B2B high-tech environment for complex software products
  • Experience in security and network/internet-protocol related applications in an enterprise business environment required
  • Proven contacts in major East Coast accounts
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
