Job Overview

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
General Skills
  • Strong understanding of purchasing and accounting procedures
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP Systems – P81 and PM7
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to designated departments
  • Oversee leadership correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate workshops and meetings, preparing necessary documentation
  • Act as the point of contact for specific systems and follow up on invoices and workflows
  • Maintain departmental data and generate reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure emergency procedures are up to date and communicated to new team members
  • Manage purchasing and corporate travel cards, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events for the organization
  • Support communication efforts, including editing newsletters
  • Monitor and report on departmental activities as required
  • Contribute to projects as assigned by management
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary
