Administrative Operations Coordinator

MAU is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator for a prominent client. In this role, you will deliver administrative, technical, and project support to various leaders and teams within the organization. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.

- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong understanding of purchasing and accounting procedures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Proactive problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with SAP Systems – P81 and PM7
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to designated departments
- Oversee leadership correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate workshops and meetings, preparing necessary documentation
- Act as the point of contact for specific systems and follow up on invoices and workflows
- Maintain departmental data and generate reports for stakeholders
- Ensure emergency procedures are up to date and communicated to new team members
- Manage purchasing and corporate travel cards, ensuring compliance with policies
- Assist in planning and coordinating events for the organization
- Support communication efforts, including editing newsletters
- Monitor and report on departmental activities as required
- Contribute to projects as assigned by management
- Perform additional tasks as necessary
