Job Description

Talent Acquisition:Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and align with industry standards.Conduct regular reviews of the compensation structure and recommend adjustments as needed.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment laws.Resolve conflicts, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations as necessary.Employee Engagement:Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.Lead initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Leadership and Development:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 11 direct reports (HR and Safety), providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
