About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Ursus Inc. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will play a critical role in helping us meet the needs of our customers and identify developing needs of our next generation of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and steward marketing initiatives with clear objectives, priorities, measurements, and deliverables.
  • Use your deep knowledge of our business objectives and understanding of relevant systems to invent, evolve, and simplify the end-to-end GTM process.
  • Build relationships with category, marketing, and operations teams to understand their business needs and challenges, identify barriers to going to market at scale, and build strategies, processes, and tools to deliver a high-quality, delightful customer experience.
  • Solve big, ambiguous problems and bring it all together to make it happen.
  • Use data and listening tools to understand how customers respond to real-world marketing and partner with portfolio and product team members to continuously improve with each new campaign.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign management, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience overseeing a 2+ year rolling calendar strategy, managing the creation of marketing playbooks, and owning go-to-market plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple partner and senior leadership teams

  • High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Strong strategic aptitude and ability to build a product marketing strategy, define the experiment roadmap, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills to develop, measure, and optimize marketing programs
