Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at SAS Retail Services. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of retail associates within assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. You will work closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, Retail Managers, and other retail personnel to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct retail associates to achieve sales goals and maintain client standards.
  • Conduct store audits and execute retail projects to ensure product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, including work appointments.
  • Monitor and regulate expenses within position and team budget standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties to direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
