**About the Role:**

At Brooks Running, we're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and engagement with our retail partners.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop go-to-market plans for core product launches and make recommendations to current strategies with select retail accounts.
* Work cross-functionally with internal marketing, retail, and sales teams to build annual paid digital marketing plans across select retailers.
* Manage budget allocation decisions across paid channels and work with the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure paid efforts are funded properly and efficiently.
* Manage the implementation and execution of campaigns across key accounts, including trafficking creative assets, campaign monitoring, and optimization recommendations.
* Manage the creative brief process for product launch campaigns across key retail accounts, ensuring assets are designed to enhance the user experience and drive results.
* Manage reporting needs for select retail campaigns on a bi-weekly basis to keep internal teams abreast of campaign performance and budget optimizations.
* Partner with the Paid Digital Marketing Manager to develop quarterly business reports for key account campaigns.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of related experience in digital marketing, including paid social, programmatic media, and other digital tactics.
* Experience working with retailers or on a consumer brand is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently analyze data and tell its story to stakeholders.
* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
