Buck Mason is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Retail Management Trainee to join our team. As a Retail Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in retail management, sales, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced store managers and team members to learn the ins and outs of our business and develop the skills you need to succeed in a retail management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Support the store manager in recruiting, training, and developing the store staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
