Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our plant operations and executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome site visitors and enforce EH&S requirements
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail, visitors, office supplies, and room reservations
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area
  • Scan and file operational documents as required
  • Assist the executive team and plant manager with team lunches and dinners
  • Assist with ordering and organizing operational shop supplies
  • Support operational tasks such as planning, procurement, and data entry
