Job Summary

Randstad is partnering with an equipment supplier in North Andover to fill an Administrative/Data Entry Coordinator position. This role will support various departments by ensuring system accuracy and reliable communication. Key responsibilities include entering orders, verifying orders for shipment, and utilizing system information to estimate pallet counts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter orders and verify accuracy
  • Update systems with accurate information
  • Assist with billing and shipping details
  • Estimate pallet counts and support sales and operations teams
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of office administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
