Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at W3R Consulting. As a key member of our management and consulting services teams, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality project results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of account and project leadership, with a strong background in consulting and solutions services. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating project expectations and budgets, and communicating project direction and status to clients and W3R management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and expand existing client relationships
  • Identify and sell new business opportunities within accounts
  • Assemble and lead project teams to deliver client results and value
  • Negotiate project expectations and budgets with clients
  • Communicate project direction and status to clients and W3R management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account and project management in consulting and solutions services
  • Proficiency in data management, data governance, data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in consulting services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
