About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Brady. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating sales efforts in our focused markets and designated strategic OEM accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales revenue and gross margin within designated strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic account personnel, including management, engineering, and supply teams.
  • Develop and implement sales programs to achieve sales targets and improve market share.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and forecasting to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an industrial or technical product line.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and selling to strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional international trips.
