Director of Partnerships, Life Sciences

The Director of Partnerships, Life Sciences is a key role within VisualDx, responsible for driving business development and revenue growth in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical customers.
  • Qualification: Ensure pipeline opportunities meet minimum qualifications, including need, timing, budget, and capabilities match.
  • Presentation: Effectively present business-driven proposals to convince decision-makers of the value of VisualDx solutions.
  • Closing: Close sales timely to meet quarterly business objectives.
  • Process Development: Develop processes and recommend best practices to drive Pharma business growth.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer relationships, track sales data, and provide accurate product information to the medical community.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or scientific discipline; medical or healthcare preferred.
  • 5+ years of solution-focused, relationship-building, or sales experience selling within the healthcare industry in the Life Sciences space.
  • Experience holding and hitting a quota of $1.5M-$4M.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of scheduled work time.

The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000, with total on-target-earnings between $240,000-$340,000. VisualDx is committed to pay equity and transparency, with actual salary determined by work location, work experience, and educational background.

VisualDx is hiring in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Texas, and Washington. Applicants must reside in one of these states to be hired. Remote and flexible work arrangements are provided to all employees based on manager approval.
