About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Augie Leopold Advertising Specialties. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Account Executive and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with research and create sales proposals to support our sales team.
  • Provide administrative support to our Account Executive, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and helpful personality.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
